Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Advisor

Join NHS England as a Senior Quality Assurance Advisor and play a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality screening services across the country.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is part of the National Quality Improvement Team, where you will work closely with the senior clinical lead to develop and implement effective quality assurance strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining and improving the quality of screening services, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national strategies, standards, and guidance to support the delivery of high-quality screening services.
  • Collaborate with the Transformation Directorate to commission and maintain national technology and data capabilities.
  • Work with the Workforce, Education, and Training Directorate to commission and maintain education and training resources.
  • Collect and disseminate best practices and evidence to improve screening coverage and reduce health inequalities.
  • Develop clear and concise communications to ensure eligible individuals know how and when to access screening services.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced and effective team member who can work independently and collaboratively with colleagues across the directorate and nationally. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interpret, implement, and provide specialist advice to ensure evidence-based decision-making.
