Are you an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a proactive and passionate leader to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality early years care, while driving operational excellence and fostering the development of both children and staff.

About the Role
  • Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
  • Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of outstanding care and early education.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Early Years Qualification, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and education. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills, a genuine commitment to fostering the well-being and development of children, and strong organizational skills to manage resources effectively.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £27,000 per year, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development.
