About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Limited. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of matters including wills, trusts, probate, and power of attorney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent client care and advice on Private Client matters
  • Undertake administrative tasks in accordance with company procedures, including responding to client enquiries and closing matters in a timely manner
  • Achieve billing and time recording targets
  • Maintain financial control of own ledgers and participate in marketing and networking activities
  • Ensure the confidentiality of client documentation and information

Requirements
  • 2+ years PQE in Private Client law
  • Strong skills in providing excellent client care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
