MAC Cosmetics Store Manager Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our MAC Cosmetics team in Voisins. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Develop and execute a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and exceptional customer relationship management
  • Coach and inspire team members to exceed their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth and improve store performance

About You

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
