Classroom Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Classroom Supervisor to join our team in a school located in Sevenoaks. As a Classroom Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the classroom when teachers are absent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise classrooms in the absence of teachers, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Engage students in learning activities, promoting academic achievement and social development.
  • Manage class materials and assignments, ensuring students stay on track with their work.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Education or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
  • Effective classroom management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • A flexible and organized approach, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
