Job Title: BMS Commissioning Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Commission BMS systems from scratch across education and healthcare sites.
  2. Program and develop software for BMS systems, writing code based on project specifications and client needs.
  3. Integrate third-party systems into the BMS, ensuring seamless operation and control of all building services.
  4. Carry out point-to-point testing, sensor calibration, and controller setup to ensure accurate system performance.
  5. Work with mechanical and electrical contractors to ensure smooth commissioning processes and compliance with design documents.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the commissioning phase, ensuring systems are fully operational and meeting performance targets.
  7. Produce detailed commissioning reports and handover documentation, outlining system performance, testing results, and necessary adjustments.
  8. Provide on-site training and support to end-users and facilities management teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
  1. Proven experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer, with a strong focus on Schneider EcoStruxure systems.
  2. Ability to write BMS software from scratch, including programming controllers, configuring graphics, and setting up databases.
  3. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to integrate them with BMS systems.
  4. Experience in education and/or healthcare projects is highly desirable.
  5. Familiarity with control protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and other relevant communication protocols.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues during the commissioning phase.
  7. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams, clients, and contractors.
