Job Title: Care Assistant

   We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in the Bromley, Orpington & Beckenham area. As a Care Assistant, you will be working closely with our clients to provide high-quality care and support in their own homes.

About Us:
   Radfield Home Care is a family-run business that specialises in providing personalised care for older people in their own homes. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care and building strong relationships with our clients and their families.

Salary: £13,150 - £14,000 per year (based on 20 hours per week)

About the Role:
   As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication
  • Preparing meals and snacks for clients
  • Engaging in activities and conversations with clients to promote social interaction and well-being

Requirements:
   To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • The right to work in the UK
  • To be over the age of 18
