About the Role:

We are seeking a highly ambitious and driven Tax Senior Manager to join our dynamic team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for business development, advisory work, and managing a portfolio of corporate compliance clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow existing and new client relationships.
  • Provide technical and advisory services to clients, including shareholder level planning, corporate reconstruction, transactions, and succession planning.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate compliance clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Tax Advisor (CTA) qualification.
  • Significant corporate tax experience gained within the profession.
  • Technically capable tax adviser with experience in managing complex client work.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing people and clients.
  • Existing business development skills and appetite to grow business.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
