Job Overview

We are seeking two enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team at Great Western Court, a rehabilitation centre providing care and support for individuals. The successful applicants will have experience in domestic work and be self-motivated with good communication skills.

About the Role

The Domestic Assistant roles offer a part-time schedule of 20 hours (Monday-Friday) or 10 hours (Saturday-Sunday). As a member of our team, you will be supported by a friendly and experienced Multi-Disciplinary Team committed to providing high-quality care in line with organisational and Care Quality Commission Essential Standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment to support health, safety, and security of individuals
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and enabling environment
Requirements
  • Experience in domestic work
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative to work with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with individuals
