Job Summary:

Nexus ERP is seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join our team based out of our Leamington Spa office. As a leading provider of recruitment solutions across the property sector, we are committed to connecting the finest candidates to the best opportunities in Residential lettings, Estate Agencies, New Homes Sales, Property Management and Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Negotiate sales agreements to ensure successful transactions
  • Listen to potential buyers' requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Liaise with customers to address any queries or concerns
  • Register applicants and obtain necessary documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Estate agency, with a strong understanding of the industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car is essential for property viewings
