About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join our team at Interaction Construction. As a Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for mechanical services projects. This role will involve working closely with our project management team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for cost estimates
  • Create and present detailed cost estimates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the project management team to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Monitor and report on project progress and expenditure

Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the construction industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software
