Nursery Team LeadWe are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursery Team Lead to join our team at Playtime Nursery in Shepperton. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursery practitioners, implementing the EYFS curriculum, and ensuring that we deliver high-quality care and education to our children. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate children's records, leading planning, and assuming deputy responsibilities in the absence of the deputy manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum L3 childcare qualification
- Strong EYFS knowledge and understanding
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
