Job Title: Retail Security Officer

At Mitie, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team. As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a safe shopping environment
  • Deter violence and public order offences through proactive patrols and CCTV monitoring
  • Conduct regular patrols of the store to identify and prevent potential security risks
  • Utilize CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss
  • Liaise with store management teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Liaise with the Police and crime partnerships to foster a great working relationship and support crime reduction initiatives
  • Wear Body Worn CCTV to enhance colleague and customer safety
