Alma Personnel is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join their team in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support and maximize market share objectives for specific product ranges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Planning: Define, develop, and implement product marketing plans and roadmaps for all geographies in liaison with suppliers, managing marketing budgets and supplier cooperation.
  • Brand Building: Identify and source job story leads for marketing materials, e-communication, and local communications to support employee and brand engagement, linking with trade and local press to improve brand and product awareness.
  • Social Media Management: Actively manage and monitor social media posts to grow product awareness and potential customer base.
  • Product Positioning: Develop range of communications and marketing support materials for all markets, tailoring as required to convey product positioning.
  • Sales Promotions: Implement and evaluate sales promotions, tracking and evaluating success metrics to identify return on investment (ROIC).
  • Event Management: Organize and coordinate events, attendance at trade shows, product launches, etc.
