Job Summary:

The Employee Relations Advisor will play a key role in maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring a productive work environment at Thrifty Car & Van Rental. This includes providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and benefits, as well as supporting employees with workplace issues and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and motivation
  • Conflict Resolution: Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on conflict resolution and workplace issues
  • Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Benefits Administration: Administer company benefits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders on employee relations matters
