About the Role

At Interactive Investor, we're seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor and manage network services to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement network upgrades and improvements.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, including configuration files and technical guides.
  • Provide on-site support and administration for production/test environments.
  • Work with 3rd party maintenance and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise network technologies, including routing protocols and network security.
  • Experience with network load balancers, firewalls, and VPN management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with VMware NSX-T and AWS integration.
  • Knowledge of datacenter migration and VXLAN implementation.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
