We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatients team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist healthcare professionals in Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Neurosurgery, Plastics Surgery, ENT, Cardiology, GP Services, Psychiatry, and Physiotherapy
- Provide exceptional patient care, focusing on individualized attention and support
- Manage a wide range of activities and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ensure the efficient operation of our clinics, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Support consultants and nurses with procedures, such as dressings and wound care
- Conduct pre-assessment, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare setting
