About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker to join our dynamic and friendly Integrated Mental Health Team based in Cannock.
The team provides high-quality care for service users experiencing mental health conditions, and we are looking for a skilled professional to lead on the care and treatment of individuals with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a complex caseload, including specialist assessment, care planning, and evaluation of individual treatment plans.
- Participate in setting quality standards, auditing, monitoring, and reviewing practice in line with current clinical guidance and policy.
- Administer medication, complying with relevant Trust procedures and NMC Guidance.
- Assess patient care needs, develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care.
- Deliver a range of interventions, including pharmacological and psychologically informed interventions.
- Complete and contribute to robust risk assessments and risk management plans.

Person Specification
Qualifications and Training
- Recorded/registered qualification in one of the following: RMN, Social Work, Occupational Therapy.
- Active on NMC/HCPC Register.
Experience
- Experience of working with clients who present with emotional dysregulation, high-risk challenging behaviour, and complex needs related to trauma.
- Experience of working with people who have difficulty engaging with services.
Desirable
- Experience of working in a community setting and making decisions autonomously.
