Job Title:

Business Development Executive

Industry Sector: Contract Kitchens, Kitchens, Bathrooms, KBB, Kitchen Retailers, Major House Builders, Tier 1 Contractors, Student Accommodation

Area to be covered: To be defined based on candidate location, will consider candidates between South Yorkshire to South East

Remuneration: Up to £55,000 + circa £20,000 bonus

Benefits: Car allowance or electric/hybrid company car & full company benefits

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to sell our client's manufactured range of contract kitchens.
  2. Focus on the PBSA, student accommodation, PRS, and build to rent marketplaces.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with Tier 1 contractors such as MACE, Skanska, Grahams, Galliford Try, Kier, GMI.
  4. Handle incoming high-rise leads and ensure timely follow-up.
  5. Expected to achieve a turnover of circa £2m once established.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in selling to Tier 1 contractors.
  2. Experience in selling contract kitchens.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  4. Charismatic, personable, professional, and confident individual.
  5. Proficient in IT and able to use various software applications.
