Job Title: Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at a beautiful nursing home in Chester Le Street. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a relevant nursing qualification, be registered with the NMC, and have satisfactory references. You will be responsible for monitoring blood sugar levels and IV, wound management, administering oxygen, and putting together treatment plans. You will also oversee a team of care assistants and liaise with the GP and multi-disciplinary team.
