Thermal Project Engineer

Are you a motivated and ambitious graduate looking to kick-start your career in thermal project engineering? SSE plc is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Thermal Project Engineer.

About the Role:

We are looking for a graduate with a minimum of a 2:2 BEng in an engineering discipline to join our Thermal Project Engineering team. As a Thermal Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the way in contributing to an improved energy landscape for future generations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement thermal project engineering solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues

Requirements:

You must be willing and able to independently relocate to the role location prior to the start of the programme. You will also be required to fully complete our pre-employment screening process consisting of a basic criminal records and credit check.
