About the Role- Lead research and development of innovative bio-based materials, focusing on rapid discovery and optimization through design of experiments (DOE) and high-throughput experimentation.
- Conduct laboratory-scale experiments from design to execution with scientific rigor, analysing experimental data and interpreting findings to recommend improvements for products and processes.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and developers, to ensure project success, communicating complex scientific concepts to stakeholders through technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Stay updated on bio-based material advancements, incorporating new knowledge into research and maintaining detailed records of experimental work and results.
