About the Opportunity
Job Title: Home Support Assistant
Estimated Salary: £23,500 - £26,000 per annum
We're looking for a skilled Home Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our housing support team, you will work closely with individuals living in our dispersed housing settings to provide high-quality housing-related support.
Your Key Tasks
You will visit clients in their homes, providing emotional support and practical assistance with daily tasks. You will also help clients access community resources, link them with external agencies, and offer guidance on tenancy-related matters.
