Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Group Sales Account Manager to drive group sales and support administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with Group Leaders and Coach operators to drive sales growth.
- Managing sales leads, making bookings, and collecting payments for new bookings.
- Collaborating with the Partnerships sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting sales performance.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Knowledge of sales reservation systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
As a Group Sales Account Manager at Warner Hotels, you can expect:
