Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Sales Account Manager to drive group sales and support administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with Group Leaders and Coach operators to drive sales growth.
  • Managing sales leads, making bookings, and collecting payments for new bookings.
  • Collaborating with the Partnerships sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting sales performance.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Knowledge of sales reservation systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
