About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Operations Manager. As a key member of our theatre department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the organisation of theatres, ensuring high-quality patient care, and delivering clinical leadership through effective monitoring and implementation of standards and evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the theatre department, including staff management and resource allocation.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve theatre efficiency, productivity, and quality of care.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in theatre management or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
