About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Operations Manager. As a key member of our theatre department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the organisation of theatres, ensuring high-quality patient care, and delivering clinical leadership through effective monitoring and implementation of standards and evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the theatre department, including staff management and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve theatre efficiency, productivity, and quality of care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in theatre management or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
