Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bus Driver with a PCV Licence to join our team at First Bus. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers on our routes, ensuring a comfortable and efficient journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring passengers have a positive experience
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition
  • Manage cash and operate the ticketing system accurately
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and staff to maintain a smooth and efficient service

Requirements:

  • PCV Licence and up-to-date CPC
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Flexibility to work on a rota/shift basis, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends
  • Great people skills and ability to work well under pressure
