Corporate Tax Senior Opportunity

Clark Wood is currently working with a highly regarded firm of chartered accountants seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Senior to join their tax team in Blackburn.

As a Corporate Tax Senior, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various industry sectors, including property and the motor industry. You will work closely with clients, including stand-alone limited companies and group structured businesses, to provide corporate tax compliance services.

The role will involve a mix of compliance work, tax planning, and advisory projects, working closely with Management and Partners. You will also have the opportunity to supervise and assist junior staff, reviewing their work and providing guidance.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate tax, either in a solely corporate tax focused role or in a mixed tax role with a primary focus on corporation tax.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable independent firm in Blackburn, where your expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary and opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparation of Company Tax Returns
  2. Reviewing Company Tax Returns prepared by other team members
  3. Assisting non-tax specialist colleagues with tax queries
  4. Preparation of reports and providing assistance with ad-hoc tax planning advice
Requirements:
  1. ATT / CTA / ACCA / ACA Qualified
