About the Role

We are seeking a Technology and Impact Director to join our team at The Access Project. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technology strategy and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and delivering organization-wide technology strategies, with a proven track record of integrating systems and optimizing usage. You will be responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity risk management, and hardware requirements, ensuring seamless system design, procurement, and delivery.

A strong technical proficiency in system integration and strategic platform development is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a passion for making a positive impact through charitable initiatives and a commitment to delivering an equitable, diverse, and inclusive organization, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technology strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity risk management, and hardware requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify changes to data insights processes across systems
About the Company

The Access Project is a charitable organization dedicated to reducing educational barriers and improving social mobility. Our mission is to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds to access top universities through a unique combination of tuition and in-school mentoring.

We believe every young person should have the opportunity to fulfill their potential and make the most of their education. Our program combats educational inequality and improves social mobility by raising students' grades and supporting them to understand the pathway to a top university.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
