About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Shower Field Service Engineer to join our team at StartMonday. As a key member of our field service operation, you will be responsible for undertaking service and repair of electric and thermostatic showers, as well as some replacement of showers in situ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake service and repair of electric and thermostatic showers
  • Replace showers in situ as required
  • Work independently in a designated area, based from home
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Meet and exceed customer requirements
Requirements
  • Experienced and customer-focused individual with knowledge of plumbing or electrical maintenance/repair
  • Flexible nature with a quality-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, courteous manner
  • Full product training will be provided to those with relevant experience
  • Possess a full UK driving licence
Benefits
  • Average earnings to £42-45,000 OTE
  • Monday to Friday working pattern (no callout or weekends)
  • Company van and fuel card
  • 33 days holiday (25+ Bank Holidays)
