Job Title: Senior Private Equity Professional for Small Cap Investment
About the Role:
Mason Blake, a boutique small cap private equity house, is seeking an experienced Private Equity Professional to join their growing business. This newly created position will focus on the origination and execution of new equity investments into UK small and medium-sized enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, evaluating and executing new equity investments
- Monitoring and developing an existing portfolio of investments
Requirements:
- 2-5 years investment experience in private equity, venture capital, corporate finance or asset management
- Strong academic profile; 1st or 2:1 from a leading university
- Preferably small and mid cap transactions experience
- Advanced financial analysis, valuation and business modelling experience
