About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Software Degree Apprentice. As a key member of our Integrated Project Teams, you will have the opportunity to grow your knowledge of software engineering and develop practical skills in software engineering design and development for complex systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rotate through different parts of the business to gain a comprehensive understanding of software engineering processes and technologies.
  • Develop and implement software engineering solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Support early careers activities, including working as a STEM ambassador in schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Commit to the successful completion of all academic modules and assignments in support of a recognised Level 6 Apprenticeship standard.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 104 UCAS Points, including at least 2 STEM subjects (3 C's at A' Level or T Level core pass C or equivalent qualification).
  • 5 GCSE grades 9-4 / A* - C or equivalent, including Maths, English, and a Science.

Starting Salary

The starting salary for this role is £20,500.
