HR Generalist

**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at HR Spectrum. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, delivering on-boarding and induction, and providing guidance and advice on HR policies to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment process, including attending interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Deliver on-boarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
• Provide guidance and advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to employees at all levels
• Update employee records and maintain accurate HR data
• Develop and deliver training programs for line managers on HR-related topics
• Assist with employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations
• Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives to promote a positive work culture
• Participate in HR projects and contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives
• Champion the company culture and values
• Produce management information reports to inform business decisions

Requirements:

• CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards qualification
• Sound experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices
• Confident in handling challenging situations and effective at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
• Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Sound knowledge of current employment law and excellent IT skills
