Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Care Service Monitor to join our team. As a Care Service Monitor, you will be responsible for monitoring the progress of care services, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for service development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor the delivery of care services and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Provide recommendations for service development and improvement.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure effective care delivery.
  4. Conduct regular reviews of care services and provide reports to senior management.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  7. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
