About the Role:
We are seeking an Admissions Telecounselor to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for making phone calls to prospective students and maintaining accurate call records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to prospective students to discuss their interest in Messiah University
- Follow up with Admissions staff regarding any questions or issues raised during phone calls
