We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our domestic repairs team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of qualified gas engineers, multi-skilled trades operatives, and a gas scheduler.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate the domestic repairs team to deliver high-quality services to our customers.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with gas safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the gas delivery service sector.
- Strong understanding of gas compliance responsibilities and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold a gas management qualification (NVQ level 3 in gas management or similar) or be willing to achieve this within the first 2 years.
