Job Summary

As a Senior Automation Specialist at Permanent Recruitment Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PLC, HMI, and robotic programmes. Your expertise will be utilized to carry out on-site installation and commissioning, as well as factory acceptance tests. Additionally, you will provide technical support to clients and train operators on the use of machinery following installation.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement PLC, HMI, and robotic programmes
* Carry out on-site installation and commissioning
* Conduct factory acceptance tests
* Provide technical support to clients
* Train operators on the use of machinery

Requirements

* 50/50 workshop/site time split
* Minimum of 3 years experience in reactive and small project maintenance
* Full UK driving license
* Understanding of equipment mechanics and equipment design
* Good communication and customer service skills
