Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Dunkeld House Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and plating a range of dishes while supervising junior staff to ensure high standards are maintained.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day kitchen operations, including shift briefings, stock control, and monitoring costs and wastage.
• Working closely with senior chefs to ensure legal compliance and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Supervising junior staff and providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Assisting with menu planning and development, and contributing to the creation of new dishes and recipes.
