As a SEND Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and support to young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other Additional Educational Needs.
Our mission is to raise the standard of educational support offered to vulnerable young people in the UK. We believe that every child deserves access to a high-quality education, and we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one tuition to young people with SEND, SEMH, and other Additional Educational Needs
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the needs of each young person
- Work collaboratively with our SEN Support Team to ensure seamless support and progress for each young person
- Contribute to the development of our teaching and learning resources
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, and other Additional Educational Needs
- Enhanced DBS check
- Two professional references
- Flexible part-time hours to suit your schedule
