About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Coach to join our team at Nuffield Health.

Job Summary: As a Swim Coach, you will be responsible for delivering swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and abilities, using your excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons, using the Swim England framework
  • Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals
  • Promote memberships and explain the advantages of our facilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the performance of lessons
  • Achieve targets and contribute to the success of the team

Requirements:

  • Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for swimming and a love for teaching
