About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collections Driver to join our team at Whistl. As a Collections Driver, you will be responsible for collecting parcels from our customers in a timely and efficient manner, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and completely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect parcels from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
  • Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and completely.
  • Highlight any collections that are going to be late and the reason for the delay to the operations team.
  • Have a flexible approach to work in order to fit the fast-paced, changing working environment at Whistl.
Requirements
  • Willingness to embrace different and varying responsibilities.
  • Friendly and professional manner in dealing with customers.
  • Ability to co-operate successfully with fellow staff at all levels.
  • Good knowledge of the local area and road networks.
  • Ability to drive a 3.5t Sprinter type vehicle.
  • Able to load and unload items of up to 30kg.
  • Must have no more than 3 points on driving licence.
