We are a leading pensions consultancy seeking an experienced Scheme Actuary to join our team in a lead support role. This is a fully remote position with the option to work from our local office as desired.

As trusted scheme actuaries to over 200 pension schemes, you will assist our team of Scheme Actuaries in providing advice to a portfolio of pension scheme clients. Your main focus will be to provide and present actuarial advice to trustees of DB pension schemes, participate in the development of actuarial policy in relation to occupational pension scheme valuations, financial reporting and pensions legislative developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide actuarial advice to trustees of DB pension schemes
  2. Participate in the development of actuarial policy in relation to occupational pension scheme valuations, financial reporting and pensions legislative developments
  3. Assist Scheme Actuaries in the provision of advice to a portfolio of pension scheme clients

Requirements:

  1. Qualified Actuary
  2. Scheme Actuary certificate desirable but not compulsory or a desire to obtain
  3. Experience of advising the trustees of UK DB pension schemes
