About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at We Are With You. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with substance misuse, providing guidance, and helping them achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized recovery plans for clients, working closely with them to identify and address their needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor client progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support and care.
  • Collaborate with other social care providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments to continuously improve services and outcomes.

Requirements

  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience working in health, social care, or a related setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Comfortable using IT and digital media.
  • Organized and able to manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work occasional flexible hours.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
