Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional fundraiser to lead our first fundraising and investment strategy, driving growth and impact for The Green Estate CIC. This pivotal leadership role requires a commercially savvy individual with a proven track record in securing funding from diverse sources, including grants, donations, corporate partnerships, and philanthropic investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve ambitious targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead the development of high-quality funding applications and investment proposals, showcasing The Green Estate CIC's mission and impact.
  • Provide leadership and business development support to expert service managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to grow income, impact, and influence, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive fundraising success.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in fundraising from multiple sources, with a proven track record of delivering ambitious targets and business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and business development skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the philanthropic and investment landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
