Job Description

The Client Relationship Assistant will provide administrative support to the Operations Team Leader and Operations Team to ensure the smooth delivery of jobs for national clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal call handling and management
  • National account dashboard management on a bespoke system
  • Quality checking of reports and data entry
  • Booking or assignment of appointments and general administrative support for CRMs
Requirements:
  • Positive, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve
  • High attention to detail and methodical approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Arrangements:

After 3-4 months of full-time training in the office, there will be the option of hybrid working 2 days per week from home.

Working hours will be from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
