About the Role:

We are seeking talented students or recent graduates with a passion for civil engineering to participate in our Intern & Placement program. This hands-on experience will equip you with the skills and knowledge to tackle complex infrastructure projects, focusing on transportation systems, water management, and energy solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and development of safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation systems, including highways, rail, and energy infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs and project goals.
  • Develop your analytical and problem-solving skills through real-world projects and challenges.
  • Participate in site visits and inspections to gain practical experience and insights into construction processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering (or related field).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
  • Ability to travel and stay away from home when required (with flexibility for virtual working arrangements).
