HR Support Specialist

At the Mount Charles Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and looking to develop their career in this field.
Job Summary:We are recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator to support our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel records, and managing HR documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboard new hires, including right to work checks, offer letters, and contracts of employment
- Assist the operations team with onboarding new hires and transitioning team members
- Verify right to work in the UK and Ireland
- Ensure data accuracy and monitor onboarding dashboards
- Administer offboarding, record sickness absence, and maternity leave
- Monitor the HR email inbox and respond to queries from managers and employees
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A minimum of one year's experience in human resources
- Proven ability to quickly learn new software applications
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple project components
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days' paid annual leave, company pension scheme, life assurance, agile working, and health and wellbeing platform.
