Job Title: HR Assistant

Job Description

Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support their manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the VP of HR and the Plant Manager in their daily tasks
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Conduct research and analyze data to inform HR decisions

Requirements:

  • 6 month contract
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Onsite Monday to Friday (early finish)

Please note that this is a contract position, and the successful candidate will be required to work on a temporary basis.
