About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Advisor to join our team at JoJo Maman Bébé, a leading parent and baby retailer. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and care to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, guiding them through our vast range of products.
  • Prepare and ship Omni-Channel orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Liaise with customers via phone or in-store, resolving any queries or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new arrivals and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high standard of store appearance and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous retail, customer service, and sales experience.
  • Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
