We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rental Agent to join our team at Thrifty Car & Van Rental. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our rental services.

Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with their rental needs in both in-person and telephone interactions.
- Complete tasks such as opening and closing rental agreements, locating fleet from other branches, and building rapport with all our customers.
- Prepare vehicles for rental and deliver and collect vehicles to customers at other branches.
- Conduct daily fleet and vehicle checks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full-valid driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than 9 points on your DVLA check.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to show great attention to detail and work independently when needed.
- Prior experience in the service industry is ideal but not essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
