We're seeking an accounting professional with experience in financial statement preparation, audit and statutory compliance, and strong project management skills to collaborate with TransUnion's global businesses and redefine the statutory compliance process.

About This Role

This position involves providing oversight over compliance with global statutory reporting requirements, including developing consolidated statutory reporting dashboards for tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate completion of TransUnion's global statutory audits and developing standard statutory compliance reporting to share with leadership on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight over compliance with global statutory reporting requirements, including development of consolidated statutory reporting dashboard for tracking and reporting
  • Leverage knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP to identify and explain IFRS/local GAAP to US GAAP differences for local statutory reporting
  • Manage projects with global teams and work collaboratively to resolve issues as they arise related to global statutory audits (delays, accounting issues, etc.)
Requirements

We are looking for a skilled professional with:

  • Experience working in or with a large multi-national company
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with global teams
  • Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
